The Lotus Emira is a brand new vehicle and symbolises a new dawn for Lotus.
I created the new online product page for the Lotus website that I designed to drive both interest and ultimately, sales. It uses both still imagery and 3D renders to create a dynamic experience for the customer. I developed the page to allow the customer to explore the car and configure it to their specification. The page was launched in a worldwide live stream as part of the car’s launch and was then followed up by the in-person event at Goodwood Festival of Speed.
In the launch week there were over 200,000 new users to the site and 1,400 pre-orders were taken which has gone some way to Lotus’ target of 2,000 pre-orders for the first six months.
